The Purpose of these pages are to
(a) Allow a PO to quickly and easily view the details of his/her exchange
(b) Allow a PO to quickly and easily determine which factories his/her planet needs and can support
(c) WIP {work in progress) Facilitate trading among the Player planets by publishing a summary surplus and deficit data for participating planets
